Google Toolbar

Added Google's newest toolbar tonight IE on my PIII running windoze 98 with Blogthis in the bar. Pretty handy, I guess, if you like being stuck on a windoze system! :-)

OpenBSD and Laptop Problems

Found out, when booting my old Toshiba 4015CDT Satellite laptop running OpenBSD 3.3, if I set ALL DEVICES in the BIOS to CardBus/16-bit under Controller Mode, & then run boot -c for User Kernel Config & disable pcibios0, the warning messages in dmesg are no longer there. That is: can't reserve area for I/O APIC can't reserve area for LOCAL APIC After booting & becoming root, I made a backup copy of the kernel, /bsd, & then: config -e -u -o /bsd.092503 /bsd & the -u switch processed the boot history & found where I'd disabled pcibios0. All I had to do at this point was type quit & then reboot. New kernel works fine.
